  • The tracks you know you want when they come out...
    • Dee Dee: The One (Incentive) She's blonde, she's belgian and she's back with another HUGE trance anthem that deems not to be a carbon copy of her previous single "Forever".
    • Mock Turtles: Can You Dig It? (Virgin) The long overdue re-release of this '90's indie student classic thanks to Vodafone's current TV ad campaign. From the bargain bins in Fopp back onto the shelves of the high street shops.
    • Melanie C: Here It Comes Again (Virgin) Taking time out from penning tracks for others, Mel C makes a strong pop comeback - just don't mention the "S" word....
The tracks you know you want when they come out...
    • DJ Sammy & Yanou ft. Do:
Heaven (Data/MOS) If you didn't get a compilation CD with this single on it for X'mas, where have you been? Last years' top '80's electronic resussitation excersise still proving popular.
    • Counting Crows & Vanessa Carlton: Big Yellow Taxi (Geffen) This reworking of Ricki Nelson's beautiful song could put these couch comfy soft rock americans back in the news for a while.
    • Girls Aloud : Sound Of The Underground (Polydor) Public bitch fights and dubious fashion tips aside, it's a damn catchy track and the follow-up is said to be a stormer.

This week's Featured Tag Chart Track
Kira "I'll Be Your Angel" (NuLife) - release date: 17 Feb 03
Being hailed as NuLife's biggest single since Ian Van Dahl's smash hit "Castles In The Sky", Natasha De Witte - aka Kira - and her debut sonic offering are striving to top that.  Starting out with an appearance on Belgian's answer to "Stars In Their Eyes", Kira kept working towards her dream of fame. It took the combined talents of reknowned eurodance music producers Bart Grinaert, Bert Wilmaers and Maarten Wilmaers, the brains behind such phenomenal mixes as Green Velvet's LAla Land" and Minimalistix's "Close Cover", to put her firmly on the right path. Lendiing her vocals to some of todays freshest trance tunes, Kira intends to take the dance world by storm.
