    Forever More Moloko (Echo)

This week's Featured Tag Chart Track
Moloko "Forever More" (Echo) - release date: 23 Jun 03
Moloko have always been a bit of a conundrum for DJ's and fancs alike. Since 1996, Mark Brydon's production and Roisin Murphy's quirky lyrical packages have constantly crossed the music genre boundaries. Lunching their career in a trip -hop saturated dance market, Moloko stood our of the gang as the weird kids who sang about killa bunnies when others where obsessed with making depression a designer mindframe. Although often viewed by the "Industry" as not taking things sertiously, their accessible, two-fingered approach to music draws them more and more fans all the time. Boosted in 2000 with a smash remix of "Sing It Back", Moloko's familiarity with a dance audience grew to make them a regular on dancefloors throughout the continent. Moloko's new single "Forever More" revisits this vibe with a sound as warm as a morning session at DC-10 this summer. No matter what the flavour of the month, year or decade, Moloko will carry on in their own quirky way, and keep us happy all the way.
